Passion for wood
In my studio in Maartensdijk I design and manufacture timeless wood furniture. I translate my passion into craft on assignment and from inspiration. My aim is to produce furniture that is sustainable and circular. For example, I use classic wood joints, modern constructively strong techniques and the right types of wood for the right projects. I like to use reusable material and a biodegradable finish.
Who I am and what I stand for
Since the first time I got hold of a chisel, I have only been working with wood. In 2018 I started as an independent entrepreneur. I am concerned with sustainability and try to live more sustainably step by step. My mission is to make furniture that lasts as long as the earth needs to produce the raw material. I like to work in the region and with regional wood.
